Where do you travel to?
Our regular travel zone includes Windsor, and the surrounding urban areas of Tecumseh and LaSalle. There is no charge for travel within this zone. We do ask for a $50 minimum of spa services booked per appointment.
Mobile spa services are also available to the surrounding area including Amherstburg, Belle River, Essex, LaSalle and Kingsville. Please note there is a minimum of $100 in services required as well as an additional fee for travel depending on the distance and number of estheticians required.
What is included in your prices?
All listed prices include travel to Windsor, Tecumseh and LaSalle. We provide all tools, nail polishes, products and linens required for spa services. Spa furniture including manicure tables, massage beds and pedicure chairs are available for all bookings as required. Menu prices do not include HST, taxes are added at checkout. Gratuities are not included. Tips are always appreciated but never expected.
Is there a minimum or Maximum size for booking?
We do ask a minimum of $50 in services be booked per visit.
We can accommodate parties of any size. Advanced booking is required for groups requiring 2 or more estheticians or reflexologists. Large events are our specialty! Our party stations make customizing your spa party easy. Contact us to bring your event to life.
Can we do our spa service outside?
Yes! All services can be done outdoors with the exception of gel polish. Weather permitting we are happy to work outside. A shaded area is preferable for outdoor treatments.
What are your sanitization protocols?
- After every client tools are sanitized by washing, then disinfected using hospital grade disinfectant. Disinfectant is replaced bi-weekly to ensure effectiveness.
- All towels and linens are always washed on hottest setting for disinfection.
- Single use files, cuticle sticks and paper towels are used for party services and disposed of after each client.
- Hands are sanitized before and after each client. Gloves are worn when appropriate.
Are there any changes to prevent the spread of covid-19?
Yes, providing safe in-home spa services is our top priority. We are adhering to provincial guidelines to ensure everyone’s wellbeing.
• Please do not keep your appointment if you or anyone in your household have: COVID-19 symptoms including fever, and/or been in close contact with someone who currently has COVID-19 in the last 14 days
• As always, we will be sanitizing and using hospital grade disinfectant
• All towels and linens are always washed on hottest setting for disinfection

Can I buy a gift certificate?
Yes! Gift certificates are available for any denomination or service. Please contact us by phone or order online instantly and securely HERE
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, e-transfer or credit card is preferred. We accept Mastercard, Visa and AMEX. For our returning senior clients we will also accept personal cheques.
Do you accept Insurance for Massage and Reflexology?
Receipts can be provided for reflexology treatments. Please check with your insurance provider to ensure reflexology is covered by your plan.
We do not offer Registered Massage Therapy at this time. With most plans only RMT’s can provide receipts for insurance coverage.
